Covid policy

 

To protect our family and the families of our customers we cannot proceed with a booking if anyone in the home tests positive to Covid-19, but we will aim to reschedule you as soon as it’s safe to do so! If you or anyone in your home tests positive to Covid-19 please contact us urgently to reschedule your appointment. While in customers’ homes Chef Amber will wear her mask and take all precautions to keep covid-safe.

CANCELLATION policy

 

In-Home Meal Preparation - A $70 deposit will be taken upon booking an IHMP session, this is refundable for all cancellations up to 1 week prior to the session. If you would like to reschedule your appointment the deposit will be transferred to the next available booking, this can happen twice before the deposit is forfeited. If you have to cancel your IHMP within one week of the session the deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency we will do our best to reschedule you as soon as is safe and the deposit will be applied to the next available booking.

Dining Experiences and Cooking Classes - If you need to cancel your PCD or PCC your deposit is fully refundable up to one week prior to the event. If you cancel between one week and 72 hours prior to the event a $100 fee will incur. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you wish to reschedule your event and contact us earlier than one week before the event your deposit will be transferred to your next booking. If you reschedule between one week and 72 hours prior to the event a $100 fee will incur. If you reschedule to another date within 72 hours of your booking a $200 fee will incur.
